| Many people reading this article probably already tried green tea, and some may have loved it and some may have hated it. The moral of that story is, green tea is just not for everyone. But why? Green tea has become the most popular weight loss supplement in the last few years, and it is for good reason. The problem is, like with anything, green tea isn't a miracle drug, or is it?
Green tea has been used in Asia now for hundreds of years more as a wellness supplement then as a weight loss supplement. However, green tea can and will cause weight loss in one of two ways. The first way is the high content of antioxidants. Antioxidants are responsible for ridding the body of dangerous toxins, chemicals, and free radicals that we pick up during our day. Over the years, these toxins can cause problems with our organs and even assist in weight and fat gain. Green tea has more antioxidants than any other weight loss drug on the market today. Over time, these antioxidants can improve digestion which will cause you to store much less fat. The much more well known method of fat loss is through the use of green tea's polyphenols. Polyphenols are chemicals responsible for triggering fat burning enzymes within our body. These enzymes are triggered by many things, but polyphenols are number one. Green tea has the highest polyphenol content of any supplement on the market and the body get's overloaded with them and starts burning fat very rapidly. On top of all this, green tea patchs have now hit the market. These patches can be placed on your arm, back, or stomach while you sleep or during your day and they will deliver all these chemicals directly to your body. In conclusion, green tea is definitely a great supplement to try and chances are whether you lose a ton of weight or very little, it will improve the quality of your life. You can get a free trial of the green tea patch here.
