The tea of Bi Luo Chun is a kind of tender and delicate green tea., originated from Tai hu Lake---the national scenic area. In the west and east Xi shan mountains ,we have a producing base of 25 sq. kilometers , green and non-social effect pollution .This area is famous for tea and fruit. They are planted between each other ,benefit each other .and with the help of the mild and pleasant climate , Bi Luo Chun possess a perfect quality. The techniques of picking and refinement of the Bi Luo Chun is very complicated and developed: pick the single bud leaf as the material, remove the bad part , heat off the green, knead and twist it , rub it into a ball and dry it.
